Nudity, dying children, and horrific violence seem to be the premise for Eden's upcoming Myst-style game. The game's director told MTV Multiplayer that this is a game based on Lars Von Trier's controversial movie Antichrist, will be download only and hopes to present a sort of personalized nightmare take on Myst. In case your out of the loop on Antichrist, it stars William Defoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg. Opening with the death of a child and some rather hardcore genital mutilation, its safe to say this will be a challenge to make a game out of.
It seems to me that we are starting to get into that blend of "well since we know Wal-Mart won't sell this we can just use STEAM or XBLA to put out our content". Its good to see someone is trying to push the limits of content since we all are not 12 yrs old. I'm glad that a game might come out thats strictly 18+ or even 21+ for that matter.
